In this research direction, we aim to investigate the microorganisms that produce substantial secondary metabolites, such as myxobacteria, actinomycetes etc. Based on our research, a technical system for screening novel compounds from the microbial secondary metabolites and exploring their pharmaceutical applications will be established. Furthermore, we attempt to develop rapid and precise genetic manipulation methods for microorganisms to increase the yield of secondary metabolites.
