ecoloaical environmen, At present, there are 297 facully members, including 141researchers.21 laboratory

technicians, 17 administrative slaf, and 69 post-doctors, The Laboratory has a large numberof outstanding

talents, including 1 member of the Germany National Academy of Science and Engineering 3 members of

the Academia Europaea, 23 nationaoutstanding talents such as National Distinguished Young Scholars and

National Excellent Young Scientists.More than 40 provincial talents such as New Century Excellent Talents

in University of Ministry of Education of China.Shandong Provincial Taishan Scholars "Climbing" Program,

Taishan Scholars Distinguished Professors,Talshan Scholars Young Experts, and Shandong Provinclal

Distinguished Young Scholars. These experisand scholars have led the research team and conlribuled lo the

steady improvement of the research work ofthe Key Laboratory.
